Please do not send highly sensitive personal or financial information through the website consultation form. Examples include social insurance numbers, banking credentials, tax account numbers, passwords or copies of identity documents.

5. Service providers and where information may be processed

MNA CPA Inc. uses third-party service providers to operate its website and communicate with prospective and existing clients.

  • Netlify provides website hosting and processes consultation-form submissions through Netlify Forms. Form submissions may include your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, service requested, and the message you choose to provide. Verified form submissions are stored in Netlify's systems and may be viewed through MNA CPA Inc.'s Netlify account.
  • Microsoft 365 provides MNA CPA Inc.'s email service. When a consultation form is submitted, MNA CPA Inc. may receive an email notification at info@mnacpa.ca. Information you send directly by email is also processed through Microsoft 365.

These service providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions in which they or their service providers operate. As a result, information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement authorities, or other government bodies where legally required.

MNA CPA Inc. does not sell personal information. Information may otherwise be disclosed where permitted or required by law, professional standards, or the terms of an applicable professional engagement.

6. Safeguards

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the personal information in our custody or control. No internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory or professional obligations. Consultation submissions stored in Netlify will be periodically reviewed and deleted when they are no longer reasonably required. Relevant correspondence may also be retained in Microsoft 365 where necessary for business, legal, regulatory or professional purposes.

8. Access and correction

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to personal information held about you or ask that inaccurate information be corrected. We may need to verify your identity before responding to such a request.

9. Website technologies and analytics

The website uses technologies necessary for hosting, form processing, security and core functionality. At this time, MNA CPA Inc. has not intentionally enabled non-essential website analytics or advertising-tracking technologies. If analytics, advertising, customer relationship management, or other tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this policy will be reviewed and updated before or when those tools are implemented, and any applicable consent requirements will be addressed.
